“I’d say I really found my mechanical groove when I joined the U.S. Army in 2005. We were given this incredible confidence in ourselves to take a systems approach to identify an issue, and find the fix. It was just that simple and I’ve used that mentality throughout my career. I love being able to keep up that level of intensity here with New Castle. We pride ourselves on sending our team out with properly maintained equipment, so they can complete a tough day’s work safely and efficiently. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my extraordinary wife Amy, and our five crazy children; Chris, Alina, Madelyn, Thomas and Jack. Like most large families, we’re always out and about supporting each other’s hobbies like baseball, marching band, soccer, hiking, camping and fishing. Recently, Jack found us a new hobby. Cleaning up after Jack.”
